RV BloggersEach week I spend a TON of time scouring the internet and a few of my favorite sites to find great content from other RV bloggers to share on my Pinterest account (which you should DEFINITELY follow!).

I’m also in a couple of RV bloggers/traveling entrepreneur groups on Facebook. I get a lot of inspiration from these people and thought maybe my readers would appreciate some of the same resources I enjoy.

I should tell you that this is all strictly my opinion based on from whom I get the most value…and that it’s alphabetical for fairness! 🙂

Also, to keep me from rambling, I’ll tell you who they are, what they blog about, and why I like them.

So here we go…

RV BLOGGERS TO FOLLOW:

CHICKERY’S TRAVELS

RV bloggers

RV Bloggers Chickery's TravelsWHO: The Chickery’s blew through central AR this fall and I had the pleasure of meeting up with them for a weekend. I am truly impressed with these two RV bloggers! Sean and Julie are two incredibly intelligent and ambitious people!

WHAT: Sean and Julie blog about all things RVing: RV living, RV campground reviews, full-time RVing, traveling finances, among many, many other things.

WHY: These are the only RV bloggers I know personally, so I’m a bit biased! They not only run their RV travel blog but also have a podcast, a YouTube channel, starting another podcast, and are working on collaborations with other bloggers on several other projects. Honestly, I have NO IDEA how they do it all! A little ADHD never hurt!!!

DITCHING SUBURBIA

WHO: Ditching Suburbia is a family that traded in “normal” life of HOAs and house payments for full-time RVing and road schooling.

WHAT: They have a TON of great posts about RV community and living a more minimalistic lifestyle with the goal of EXPERIENCING more living!

WHY: Quoting from their website, their manifesto is: “Ditching Suburbia helps families find lives outside of the suburbs so they can enjoy simpler living, have a closer family, give their kids a richer education, and find uncommon adventures.” How can you NOT love that?

WHAT: Robert & Jessica blog about roadschooling, making money on the road, and RV living in general. They also have a great YouTube channel with TONS of great tips and RV living advice.

WHY: Even though my kids are grown and I typically don’t travel with them, I love following RV bloggers with young kids. This helps me broaden my scope on Pinterest and also helps me to keep perspective when writing.

FOLLOW YOUR DETOUR

WHO: Follow Your Detour is a married couple whose life threw them a curve-ball and caused them to change their direction to full-time travel.

WHAT: Dan and Lindsay blog about finances, marriage, full-time travel, building an online business, and other travel.

WHY: Besides having a great and inspiring story, they seem to be ambitious RV bloggers. I LOVE that they teach about finances and marriage (which is something a lot of RV bloggers don’t talk about).

GONE WITH THE WYNN’S

WHY: I love their lust for life and their adventurous spirits!

HEATH AND ALYSSA PADGETT

RV Bloggers Heath and AlyssaWHO: Heath and Alyssa are a young married couple who decided to begin their married life together traveling the US. After sending a random email to SnagAJob that changed everything.

WHAT: The Padgett’s write about full-time RV travel, RV living, and making a remote living income (with the intent to become a full-time RVer). They also have a Podcast and a YouTube channel.

WHY: I don’t know if it’s that they just seem “real” to me, or if it’s because my daughter’s name is Alyssa! 🙂 I try to imagine what it would be like if my now son-in-law had come to Glynn and me and said, “hey, I want to marry your daughter…oh and we’re going to live in an RV for an undisclosed amount of time.” Um…ok! Actually, the gypsy in me would be like, “all righty…when are we leaving?!”

It could just be because they are fun and adventurous, too! 😉

KEEP YOUR DAYDREAM

RV Bloggers - Keep Your DaydreamWHO: Keep Your Daydream started as a result of Marc & Tricia having a dream to travel full-time…even thinking about living in Europe. After deciding on a date, they cleaned out their house, bought an RV and started planning for life on the road.
